Yes it is, probably from his F3 seasons in the mid 1970's given the Marlboro badges (he was Marlboro backed in F3) but it might be later as I think he maybe chatting to a very young Stefan Johannson who raced for his Team Ireland in British F3 (RIP, thanks Gerhard) in one of those late 70's seasons before his McLaren drive in the early 80's...
