Mercedes W14

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

How big is the legality box for the SIPS? Can the be moved forward/backward on the car a lot or are they very prescribed?

Another upgrade. Most likely a w15 part that was able to be brought early .

New RW endplate corner for Merc's medium df wing.

I don't think Merc have had a "rounded" RW endplate corner like this on any wing all season. Could indicate a different design direction in this area for 2024.
The end plate tips haven't been added on yet  doubt it will be like that (rounded off) come practice sessions.

Oh you're right - thank you for noticing & correcting my mistake - that's how they look before the normal squared off corner has been added. Sorry about that :?

In FP1 Sky commentators said that they tried an updated or upgraded front suspension for W15 at least at RUS` car ... have anybody some pictures about that? I`ve only managed to spot the repair job they did preparing for the FP3 session:
