Ferrari to appear at High Court this week
Next week, Ferrari will appear at the High Court in London. This is the latest development in the ongoing espionage investigation. According to Ferrari's Team Principal, this is the next step after revealing the scandal involving Nigel Stepney, former Ferrari employee, and Mike Coughlan, suspended McLaren employee.
Jean Todt declared: "The first procedure was that our lawyers, together with some independent experts, went to visit the house of one of the top management people from a competitors' team. They decided after that, that they have some facts, which allowed them to move forward. And to move forward is to go to the High Court on Tuesday."
