Van der Garde demands money from Force India
According to the Dutch magazine 'Formula One race report', Giedo van der Garde has launched a legal claims against Force India. The driver, who was last year employed by Spyker F1, is demanding sponsor money back from the team because he did not do as much testing as contractually promised.
The World Series driver demands €1.3 million from Force India. The court will hear the case on 20 June, next Friday.
