As Matthew Sommerfield points out, the “marks” can easily be something wholly unrelated and benign, including “emulsification caused by dirty air flow.”

That could be just air flow having different flow on the edge of wing and end plate. And that got dirt collected in it. Or just airflow separation there

Knowing half the --- that has gone on in the years before, I fully expect this sort of --- to be happening up and down the paddock with teams.

It can also be from assembly, polishing and wax, anything. It passes FIA test.
If the wing tilting back so much at that point, I think this would be very visible and it would have similar scoring on inside front of the endplates as the leading edge tilts upward.

This Merc wing business is interesting.

It's proposed that Merc have a wing that acts like DRS through high speed sections and double DRS on the straights.

Lower plane bends under load but this action cannot be seen by the cameras or replicated during the current wing tests.

If they sky team based that on Lewis' pass on 3 midfield cars, then I that's really a stupid comment even stupider to belive that
