The race positions have changed again after 5 days. The FIA have disqualified a driver and changed their mind as they decided to look at most of the evidence and not all of it. Most people who are not on forums and interested in discussing it will not be full informed. F1 has another controversy for the first race of the season (we are still in diffusergate and the Toyotas were put to the back of the grid). I don't know another sport which is so poorly governed and changes its mind so often, the FIA need to get their act together before the sport loses all credibility.
About this particular case I strongly disagree with the bold statement. They are not changing their minds because they had tea this morning and coffee the next day. They are changing this decision because new facts came to light. I think one always needs to make the right decision and I have no problem making the right decision even after a few days, weeks, months, etc. However, again, in this case, they could've spent another hour listening to the tapes and made a better and more conscious decision on Sunday.
