And that is the human aspect of the sport. If the ref doesnt see an error in the field, a rule has been broken, however no penalty is applied.
Replaces everything by AI/robots then with 1000+ cameras, pretty sure you will not like the result.

Any way, no way the FIA is going to take away the title from Max. Mercedes should just accept it. Like Redbull had to accept it many times this season.

If you want to have every race result contested from now on. Pleas applaud Mercedes for the protest. Every race will be settled in court then.
This is not a subjective gray area, it’s the safety car rules once you’re messing with this there is no longer a sport. And the defence is the race director can do as he pleases just doesn’t cut it.
Look at the L1 incident, look at Silverstone, if you want to contest every decision you dont like, just stop racing and start hiring lawyers.
You clearly don’t understand the difference of interpretation of a rule and disregarding a rule. And as for Silverstone, Hamilton got a penalty and RB went to great lengths to try and increase the penalty.

If the ref suddenly changed what the rules are part way through the match, they would have good grounds. This is not luck this was a decision by a race official to make new rules which benefited one competitor. To make it worse they put out that cars would not unlap (which is fine) then overruled it. It’s absolutely amazing that this is a world sport,

This is strange, you seem to accept that there was a error, but you also think, sssh ignore it, keep Max as champion cause I think he is the best.

I’m sorry it doesn’t work that way.
I am not a Verstappen nor a Hamilton fan. The L1 incident was an error for me, the advantage Hamilton gained there was crazy, only having a VSC out was an error for me. Toto trying to manipulate on the radio asking to not have have a sc is an error for me. Not letting the backmarkers overtake earlier during sc was an error for me. Only doing it partially later was an error for me. Doing it in the lap where the sc came in was an error for me.

So compounding all of that, they should have just let the backmarkers go 1 lap earlier, and then the result would have been the same, and this whole drama would not have existed.

Neither was Silverstone Taken out by his main competitors
Again, this abhorrent crying. For the nth time, MV caused the crash in silverstone. End of story. And he almost lost the title because of that mistake. Only saved by a farcical call in the end.
No he didn't. Lewis went wide and clipped Max's rear.
Evidence clearly suggests Hamilton didn't go wide, he was closing towards the white line; for those who have eyes. MV squeezed him like a dork and came out worse. And then Max fans cried all season calling Hamilton a cheat, that he crashed him out bla bla bla. Anyway, this is all off topic.

Yes because you have analysed a race incident that happened in a split second by playing it frame by frame and pulling together some photoshop overlays this 100% gives a true reflection of what happened.

They let the back markers go once the track is all clear. So they let them go as soon as they could.

Look at the laps, the debris was cleared pretty quickly, could have been done 1 lap earlier

Exactly.

And the rule clearly says, once the last lapped car is past, the safety car comes in the NEXT lap. Blatant rule manipulation. A disgraceful way to end and decide the world championship.

it wasn't cleared pretty quickly, it took a few mins just to see the marshals using fire extinguishers
