Im going to go ahead and throw my hat early. This car will be behind Mercedes, RB, Mclaren, and Ferrari atleast. Possibly behind AT as well. Should be ahead of AR, AM, Haas, and Williams. So basically P6 WCC.

 well wasn't I bang on? lol. I know it's just testing but I thought it was funny to see my prediction so early.

I'm really expecting to see 5 of the top 6 Constructor positions still up for grabs come December 2022. Someone might run away with it but with new Regs like this you can make HUGE gains during the year. I wouldn't be surprised to see someone like RBR be in 7th place in June and then fighting for the top constructors possition in December.

@albertfabrega says Alpine had a radiator leak in the poontons, no problems in the PU unit.
The last season in Barcelona, Alpine had the same problem, the engine into in overheating and next engine failure.
We will expect Alpine can have a new solution for the radiator, and run a lot of laps.

I agree with huge reg chances fight may go on till end and top 4 teams will be in hunt but i am 100% sure Alpine will not be part of it.

I expect that tomorrow or the day after Alpine show a new rear wing and a bottom.
I am 99% sure they have something in their pocket right now. If they are keeping it a secret for so long, most likely it is easy to copy.

They have been on it for 3-4 years speaking about this rule change. We will see what happens..

I don't think there is anything in the bag, and I also don't think I'm wrong about P5/P6 in the WCC.

Honestly, every now and then, a team picks up a stone and damages a radiator. So yesterday's issues may not even be "new car" related. Still unfortunate to lose track time though.

Lets see 2 places 10 teams ....I think you have a 1 in 5 chance of being right.

Pretty good time by Ocon this morning and a needed 111 laps.

I read that the problem yesterday wasn't even a rad problem, it was a body work seperating issue.

Pedro De la Rosa said Alonso will defently not win in 2022.
Not news, but he clearly know something about the car from talking to Alonso.

Think that would be a very BIG surprise if they did. So I don't see that as saying anything. I don't care where they finish as long as they get a few victories and some podiums. I'm hoping it's not gonna be like climbing mount everest, the way it was in the past.

We should have 6 or 7 teams with wins this year. and maybe 9 teams with podiums.

There will be a bigger spread this year than last, until they all converge on the best design then we will have a good season!!! :D
