Anyone else found it strange how Webber Had 2.5kg more fuel but still pitted 1 lap earlier than Vettle? are we seeing a pecking order being established at RBR?

I think Brundle mentioned in the race that sometimes they don't pit according to their fuel load when the race is wet since the weight does not have such a big impact on lap time as it does in the dry. Like maybe Webber needed some new tyres or his current setup of the tyres isn't working very well so they decided to pit early and put some new tyres on.

Could be a whole heap of different reasons, where internal pecking order probably is one of the most unlikely.

There was nothing Brawn could do. The Red Bulls are simply too quick.
They should not have pitted on lap 19(after the Kubica piggyback SC), it cost them a chance to run light and make up time, then they could have made it a 1 stop race... not sure if it would have won them the race but I think it would have been a better strategy decision... at least try it on one of the cars and stagger your options.

Geof Willis who is currently at RB has been quite vocal about working for Ferrari, I wonder if they would be interested now?

I thought that Ferrari were trying to have an all Itallian design team? I seem to racall something like that being said when Domenicalli took over...

Anyways, great drive by Vettel, almost ruined by Buemi, and still finished 15 seconds ahead of his teammate.

It looks as if it may be the Brawn and RBR show for the first half of this year, but I am NOT complaining!

It is simply great to see someone other than McLaren and Ferrari on the podium.

Who thinks that the F60 development will now cease, and full concentration being put on the F2010? If it turns out to be an evolutionary concept, its early start to developoment could lead to some F60 upgrades.

All we hear is how long BGP had to design their car. Maybe Ferrari should take a page out of Brawns book, and start right now!

Have to say been a bit disappointed with Bourdais. At first one coulda speculated on equipment, but given Buemi's drive...

It was a great drive, but a little too eager.

Vettel made a similar error before to.

Actually Massa did not look that slow before he had to retire.. I seriously doubt he was going for a podium finish as they claimed, but he might have been able to be right in front or right behind Rubens. I still think the F60 is much better on race pace than we have seen up to now, and don't forget we had two out of three races in the wet. If they just manage to avoid mistakes and reliability issues AND get a good drive out of this car (as Massa was doing today) then we might get a clear picture. By the time they do that though they might have the DDD ready, so it won't really be the same car.

McLaren supply engines? This is news to the entire F1 community man. McLaren doesn't even use a McLaren engine they use a Mercedes engine.
Thus McLaren-Mercedes. Like Red Bull-Renault and Williams-Toyota
