Monster lap from Verstappen
This, wow wow wow. Against this Mercedes =D>
Against what Mercedes? The Mercedes that's taken 1 pole all year 😅
Support your team, Russell knew it was there, Hamilton too, but cut the corner so had just one chance. Max delivered.

Raceday is full open, start position doesn’t really matter, first two rows.

Wow Max found the time in the end. I guess the circuit gripped up and the pace came to RB, just as Duchessa predicted earlier.
Can you link that one.

Seems that Mercedes will have a good shot for the win tomorrow. Car is fast, and 2nd and 3rd are good starting positions here. As long as they make it a team effort and avoid a repeat of last year.

Okaaay thenn. That was dominant. Three tenths on the second shortest track. It looked almost too easy.

Wonder what the DRS is going to be like going down the straight here.

Ill be very surprised if Merc can get a leapfrog on the Red Bull if Max gets away well.

Mercedes engineers said it was out of reach anyway. Not surprising really. That Roid Bull just has it all.

Slightly fun session anyway. It was good to dream for a few minutes.

Unfortunately, instead of focusing on the race and the team, I envisage Russell doing everything he can to scupper Lewis’ at T1, and allowing Max to scarper away

After watching the onboard I see where the RedBull has an advantage. Monster curb riding!

Nothing Merc or Ferrari could do.

Chances are lewis left a little margin as he had 1st lap deleted. And george was like 0.025 down at end of sector 2 before be fluffed t12. So I think max advantage was slightly exaggerated.

Be interesting to compare the telemetry up until that point. Anyone any clue on the mini sectors?

Sectors don't matter. The onboard is enough. Curbs.

It was, thank you for being fair. Look people are dissapointed, understandably but imho Max really delivered here, as the champion that he is.

Also, for tomorrow everything is still open, start position here doesn’t really matter much. That T1 will be big always.

Bottas's time is insane for an Alfa Romeo.
His speed was insane during the whole session and makes me wonder how can that be :?: :!:

Feels like some dodgy track limits goin on, surely these cars are keeping a part of 1 tyre within the lines even when cutting turn 2 and 3.
It´s plain and simple, he cutted the track just like MSC did at France and around here, at the same corner. I bet you thought the deletion to be totally correct when it happened to Mick

Can't be the power unit since Ferrari have the same one. I'm stunned by his performance today. :wtf:
