Once again the pole position is on the dirty side of the track? Sure it was the other way round last year?

Pole was on the left last year, the same as this season

Im sure ive just seen Ver on the pit wall display boards for the drivers on the right hand side? Unless they have all the boards on the right. I do remember seeing the RB boxes on the left actually.

Verstappen starts on softs, but Russell and Hamilton on mediums. Behind them Perez and Sainz also on softs.

Split strategy. Max and Perez go for 2-stop whilst Ham/Russell go for 1?

Mediums on merc
Soft on RB

Imagine this could be a 1 vs 2 stop

"As expected, Mercedes on medium," race engineer Lambiase tells Verstappen.
So they weren't blindsided.

George will be miffed though as Lewis had to fight him.

Can see Max driving in a way to help Checo attack Hamilton.

Soft tyres not really showing any pace advantage or are they just bringing them in very slowly to extent stints?

Edit: Yeah, Max and Checo just barely stretching their legs now.
