Anyone know how many laps the red bull softs had on them? And same for Mercedes? Pirelli sheets say no new softs for either
Mess with the Bull - you get the horns.

I think tracks like this and Baku struggle a little with the new cars as the slip stream effect isn't a strong as the previous generation

The big question is: can Merc extract competitive race pace on the hards?

I wonder if the porpoising on the Red Bull will trigger the sensors, could they be DSQed?

I don’t think it’s porpoising… it’s riding the kerb in turn 2. GP has told him to attack harder in turn 2 and sacrifice 3 as better overall

It's not porpoising. GP told Max to push harder at turn 2 and take a more compromised line in turn 3. Max tried pushing more in 2 the next lap, but said he struggled with the car bouncing as in (bouncing over the kerb) at turn 2 specifically. Nothing to do with porpoising.

GP told him to reduce lift-off by a full second just before Max pumped in the better times. Might be using the tyres too much though
