According to Cooper it is the 3rd CE and ES which are penalties.
In addition to that a change in setup(probably low downforce, to be able to blast past people on the straights).

From what we could see in qualy both PER and VER have set up the car more understeer in order to presumably protect the rear tyres more? It could be counterintuitive coz this is a front tyre-limited track, isn`t it?



On the other side, according to Pirelli the M-H tyre one-stop is the fastest strategy. And this could be feasible now that the track temp is warmer than yesterday ... 23.7 degrees Celsius:



So could we see HAM opting for this bearing in mind he manages the tyres better than RUS? who btw. should be on an S-H tyre strategy same as VER will be for sure ... I mean Mec should try something to offset him ...
