That would be within his reach, but he lost 5 secs compared to Heikki's stop and when he was out it was about 6-6.5 secs between Rubens and him, so Rubens still would have had upper hand.ISLAMATRON wrote:This seems to be the source of the confusion during the 2nd pit stop... I found having this post very useful. I printed it out then wrote the names in pitting order. Then the relative performance of the drivers during the first stint was much easier for me to understand. The Local Ride wrote:
A good point but, when LH came out he was directly behind Rosberg and that may have slowed him down a tenth or two... AND, had LH come out directly behind RB, he may have pressured him into a mistake or into degrading those option tires which RB finished the last stint of the race on.... so many ifs... but oh well.timbo wrote:That would be within his reach, but he lost 5 secs compared to Heikki's stop and when he was out it was about 6-6.5 secs between Rubens and him, so Rubens still would have had upper hand.ISLAMATRON wrote:This seems to be the source of the confusion during the 2nd pit stop... The chosen one couldn't win today the way things worked out.Ray wrote:I can't wait to see Hamiltons stupid ass dad rolling his eyes in the garage like a damn fool . I really wish they would ignore his ass on the broadcasts. He think he's mister big shot because of the immense talent his son possesses and it grates my nerves to see him. The moron even said that McLaren screwed Lewis in Australia even though Lewis bold face lied to the world about what he had done, and his father said that McLaren were at fault( not mentioning they went along with the story). I can't stand that man and I wish the TV would stay away from him. And his dumb girlfriend too. It's racing, not a who's who broadcast.
Ruben won that race fair and square. Amazing that Lewis lost a race and all the dummies come out saying that Rubens only won because of a screw up in the pits, or yadda yadda yadda. McLaren said they didn't have the pace, even with that stupid ass KERS, to beat the Brawn. It's amazing to see people try and take something like a legitimate race win from a guy that out drove [-X and out-strategized =D> a fellow competitor. Rubens never lost sight of Lewis the whole race, and pounced when the time was right. How can that no be deserving? If the roles were reversed the Hamilton lovers would be boasting about how great King Lewis is. Or the 'Chosen One' or whatever the idiots call him.
I feel for Luca. He kept it off the wall all race, didn't crash anyone, and finished. After ten years away from top competition that's a pretty damn good return in my book. =D> Do that in any other sport and see what happens. Tell Usain Bolt to not compete at the top level for 10 years and only practice every so often a year and see how he does in the 100m 10 years from now. You people need to stop being so full of yourselves and you opinions. I know that's hypocritical and I will do my best to follow what I say.
+1, worst GP circuit ever and produces dull boring races!!!Callum wrote:So, so, so, soo boring.
