Colapinto has the potential to be a better/faster driver than Albon and Sainz in the short term. But he is error-prone (not as much as Sargeant was), but as he is young, he tends to improve this in the future.
I warned all of you a few months ago.
I followed Colapinto in F3 and F2. He reminds me a bit of Leclerc, he is very fast, but he has a habit of making some driving errors.
All rookie drivers in F1 will make mistakes. The best the team can do is to give them a predictable car. Based on the sheer number of crashes for both drivers in the last 2 seasons, it is clear to me that the Williams cars have not been predictable.
