This topic was discussed ad infinitum already. Fact is with supposedly little aero difference between '09 and '10 there can be advantages/disadvantages with both approaches. Well his input is clearly useful but it was mainly the engineers at the MTC who were misled by the calculations of their simulation tools what led to an incompetitive 24.
