After considering the overtaking move of Barrichello to Schumacher on lap 66 of the Hungarian GP, the stewards have found that Schumacher deliberately moved away from his line to block Barrichello, and hence receives a penalty.
I loved seeing Hakinnen crying and drivers kicking tires in frustration, but this is a petulant child whining.
