The most BEAUTIFUL F1 car must be Gordon Murray's piece de resistance: the Brabham-BMW BT55. An unreliable POS that killed Elio de Angelis, but I have never seen a better looking open-wheel single-seater.

I am not very old, so I don't know very much from before the 90's.
Jordan 191, Ligier JS39, Ferrari 412T2, Toro Rosso STR4/Red Bull RB5 and the March/Leyton House from the end of the 80's were the most "elegant" and sleek cars, I think.
I also like the Ferrari F300/F399, Jordan 199, Sauber C24, McLaren MP4-20 and the Ferrari 248 F1.
Based on the livery, I actually think the SA05 was a good looking car as well. Oh, and of course the JPS Lotus, especially with Senna's yellow helmet.

I also like that F108, although I liked most of the BMW Saubers. I'm a sucker for white cars and their designs just looked great most of the time, even in the years of complex bodywork like the one pictured above.
