Alonso beats Vettel now and also sets a pink second sector which is surprising. Hamilton is leading the Eau Rouge challenge now with 277.

It looks like Merc is preparing for an F-duct

Is it just me or did I see the RB6 with the old beak-mounted camera as opposed to the camera on the lower center profile?

Rosbergs floor being removed. Both Merc drivers have finished the day. A shame that they do not have sufficient wet tyres as they have dry tyres.

Alonso and Hamilton are fastest over one lap. Kubica on P3 is doing good. Vettel faster than Webber in the Red Bull.

But there has never been a question about the Merc engine. It is known to be the most powerful.

I said that because the car is not a good one but the engine is. The only superiority W01 got is the engine.

FP2 is running. Schumacher is running without active F-duct now.

Hamilton and Sutil are now out with inters.

Sutil is purpur in S1.

And Hamilton goes P1 with inters.

Liuzzi in the gravel going backwards.

Glock spun, crashed and wrecked the right side of the car.

When power has a cubic relation to speed, if you need 750 Hp for a 300 km/h terminal speed, 760 Hp will take you to 301.3 km/h, or 0.43% more.

Decreasing Cv * A with 1.33% would have the same effect on terminal speed.
