Quite frankly, I have no idea how anyone can consider this mass of angular sticky out bits a beautiful car.

I like it even though i think that era of cars was to much aero.
It looked like a beast compared to the somewhat lame Ferrari and Mclaren.

Quick car aswell.
The truth will come out...

I have a weakness for simplicity. I also do not care that much about how the car looks from the outside.

For the non angular guys (me too, I confess), there you go (probably already posted):

The 27 was in homage to Gilles Villeneuve.

The address for the picture is not right. You're copying it from Flicker. Flicker has made all humanly possible so you cannot copy the address.

In English: when you copy an address of a picture to post it here, check the name.

If this name doesn't end in the correct extension for a picture (e.g. .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .png or something similar) then the picture address is wrong.

This happens because the owner of the site where the picture is posted doesn't want you to repost it elsewhere.

Of course, there is a way around that. Press the PrntScreen key, paste the picture in your picture editor and publish it elsewhere, in a site that allows you to copy the correct address.

When you do that, you are doing something illegal.

The Internet Police could send you into debtor's jail and throw the key to your cell into the river. RIAA could send you a bill of 100.000.000 billion dollars for every picture you use.

Worse yet, Catholics get 100 years of purgatory.

Protestants, Muslims, Buddhists, Atheists (sigh, my destiny) etc. should not worry: they're going to hell anyway, along with RIAA lawyers and all drivers that cheated in Formula One ("the entire grid", as they call it in Hell).

Of course, there is a workaround: for every 1000 posts you make here you get 50 years less of purgatory.

Ask Tomba if you don't believe me: it's somewhere in the posting rules.

If I remember well, there is also a better deal: if you argue with Manchild or WhiteBlue and you don't get mad at any time, then it is 500 years off for every post.

If JTom doesn't nag you, never, ever, then you're an angel and I wonder what are you doing posting here.

Now, the greatest workaround: If you read any of my long posts (you know, the really long ones, out of thread and with incomprehensible jokes, full of parentheses, commas and bold font) in its entirety, then you go straight to heaven: you have already passed through hell.

Flicker also has a button to ask permission to the owner of the picture, but I wonder in which century does that people live.

Here you go:

If you right click on the picture and then selet one of the alternative size it usually works. Off to lock the door incase the Internet rozzers come looking!

If I end up in Craiginches I'll name names! Image
