Marko is correct to be annoyed though. This is typical F1. Something being used in an innovative or different way that seems to give one team an advantage will sooner or later be banned.
This ruling is obviously aimed at cutting Red Bull's advantage but the Red Bull brass are seemingly unconcerned. I seriously hope it turns out that the EBD is not the holy grail of Red Bull's advantage.

I'm not one to listen to much of Markko, but given Domenicali's sudden giveaway comment of a 'second championship' after Silverstone it does make you wonder a bit.
It's not leaf blowing that's innovative, but working out where the leaves are going.
