if it can do turn 9 at that speed with such a small lift and single downshift, maybe flatout is possible in qualy? surely not tho!

I think you can't read too much into that; the car might very well look on rails at x kph going into the corner and very unsettled and twitchy at x+3 kph. And you don't know others' speed, so...

That was the biggest problem last year as far as I'm concerned. The car was very unbalanced. I seem to remember Hamilton complaining on more than a few occasions that no matter how much he tried he couldn't get the car settled.
