Caterham had a double DNF on their first race, but despite the actual result, it was not all bad for the team. Both drivers had shown promising pace in the first half of the race, but for both drivers the reliability of their cars was not at the same level.

He's been proven right so far. And to n smikle too, he pretty much nailed what Grosjean was capable of. Someone was asking whether Grosjean was going to look stoned and ever smiling in all his interviews or not. I think the guy has just proven why.
For the record: I've also been tipping Grosjean as a darkhorse
“To be able to actually make something is awfully nice”
Bruce McLaren on building his first McLaren racecars, 1970
“I've got to be careful what I say, but possibly to probably Juan would have had a bigger go”
Sir Frank Williams after the 2003 Canadian GP, where Ralf hesitated to pass brother M. Schumacher
Nice run from Grosjean, it will be interesting to see how he does at the start. I might have been wrong about him, maybe he is prepared to race in F1 now.

"...and there, very much in flames, is Jacques Laffite's Ligier. That's obviously a turbo blaze, and of course, Laffite will be able to see that conflagration in his mirrors... he is coolly parking the car somewhere safe."Murray Walker, San Marino 1985
1. My tip for Grosjean is turning out to be reality
2. Massa's performance is likely to set the benchmark for the rest of the season. If there is no real technical reason, then he'll be trailing Alonso again for all 20 races this year. Being unable to outqualify your teammate who is in the gravel is, well, not great.
Apart from that, this was an exhilarating qualifying session!
Webber, "No KERS." However still could not have challenged for pole. No KERS throughout which meant he had to use a second set of softs in Q2, hence single run in Q3.
+1
Great Grosjean but take a look at Maldonado's great first sector time; he's 3 tenth faster than Grsojean, in his Williams. I think Grosjean could be as fast as Button with a good S1.
This is a one off race but i think the Merc will shine at the faster circuits especially in qualifying, when there Drs add on should boost top speed. I hope if the title is between Merc and Mclaren that MSC is the winner, if Ros has the upper hand it will make the man look alittle bad. Gi MSC 2012 wdc
