So who do you believe to be the problem here, the driver or the navigator?

Clearly the driver. If he just stopped going off road his co-driver could focus on giving him the directions.
Right now he´s driving the car and telling which way the road goes.

the driver is a businessman with more money than talent, from what I have read the co driver is an accomplished
co-driver with many years of experience.

strangly enough from the link it looks like the co-driver didn't like the video and felt it ridiculed him and ruined
his reputation, and the guy who edited the video was charged and jailed for it :O

Seen the video before but never heard about it ending with the driver in court. From just watching the video though I didn't think it undermined the co-drivers expertise as the court documents stated, I thought it was pretty obvious the driver was someone with more money then ability.
