Assuming the it is a water air intercooler, and the water section is located within the air plenum, it should allow for a very clean plumbing of the air from turbine to plenum like in the champ car engine



Would be interesting if they use a laminova type heat exchanger

It is close race between F14T and F166 TURBO

I vote for F166 TURBO, because the naming the size (no16) or the number of cylinders (no6) and recently "F" is in Ferrari pedigree. Adding andditional TURBO add its bold impression "that is something new or revolutionary"...

Adding T in my opinion ruin one of most suspenseful 312T series, where T stands for "Tranverzale" (transversal gearbox). I say that is maybe better to follow tradition and at same time respect the past achievements.

Well considering 75% of Ferrari shares are owned by FIAT, it would be a logical step also some very intelligent subliminal marketing.

I can see the FIAT Pandas spewing out of showrooms now!


But back on the new vehicle, I'm still perplexed as to what Scarbs and Peter Windosr were talking about that Ferrari may be running a 10mm Spark plug by NGK rather than a 13mm plug set, if this rumor is to be true by next week, what are the benefits of the 3mm drop in size?

Maybe because his number is 14? Sorta a back door way to have the car named after you. Can't blame him if that's the case.
