at 1:04 in the teaser video, you can see the silhouette of the nose of the car. the top is very flat across, and up front is... a finger/anteater/penis nose. i hope im wrong. will try to get a screen shot.

sure, same concept, but from what i can see it the gradient looks to be alot less aggressive, alot more of a gradual slope.

i dont think the merc has the tub at the full allowable height right to the leading edge of the tub.

i think they have a mild slope from the cockpit down to the tub (not completely horizontal like the F14T).
this will give the nose cone a little less of an aggressive dip down than the F14T.

The nose tip just doesn't look as low as some of the others...how can that fit the rules and, if it does, why have the other teams gone for lower nose tips??

Yep, the slope does seem to start further back on the chassis. Very tight around the rear too, and that nose! Finally a sexy 2014 car!
