I really do not believe that - not this Ferrari - this one seems driveable for all pilots, not just Fred.
Impossible to say one way or the other as he'll never get to drive this car...

(But, can you imagine his frustration if Ferrari this year proves to be only six tenths slower than the Merc...?)

#-o

Seriously though, wherever Ferrari may be this year one of the highlights of the season for me will be to find out if Kimi is faster than Seb! Either way, there's bound to be fireworks and a few locked F1T threads..

The kimi and Vettel fanbase are one and the same and will inevitably implode in a blood soaked ball of guts, vodka, cucumbers and ice-cream.... Can't wait!

interesting that it seems to be the exact picture just without the smoke. Even the head angle is the same!

EDIT: My Bad. Overlayed the 2 photos and it seems the second was taken further down the straight. The ride height was lower so I'd assume it was after the smoke because more speed=more downforce. So I would think it's not vapors as a vapor would not dissipate that quickly.

It's different. Look at the position of the rear wheel relative to the stripes on the kerbs.

Yep, edited my post above. Shouldn't be comparing images when it's nearly midnight

16:54 - Vettel picks up his race stint with high 1m29s on a new set of medium tyres

16:48 - A new personal best from Button, with a 1:25.327. He stays seventh, 2.2s off the pace

16:46 - The McLaren is back out and Button is on supersofts. What can he do?

16:44 - Vettel rejoins and it looks like he'll pick up his race sim from where he left off

So Button on Supersofts is slower than Magnussen's time who I believe was made on softs yesterday.

Mercedes used during the winter testing one engine only - which mean about 6000km (they only replaced some parts)! They could complete season with one engine, incredible.

Let's hope so - might spice things up a bit!

(Btw this is something I suggested might happen a while ago if the tyres were more aggressive this year ;) which is still not to say it definitely will)
