If there's any truth and Vettel gets a grid penalty then that pretty much spoils any chance of the Ferrari's having a race with the Mercs, can't see Raikonnen beating the other Merc powered teams in qualifying.
Nothing really being said on anything official though, maybe its being overlooked.

JB got a penalty for it in 2013 and then Daniel and Nico did it last year and go no penalty because they 'drove slowly', such is the inconsistency with regulations in this sport. Nothing will happen probably.

No inconsistency there, that sort of penalties is for safety reasons, if he overtook but both cars were very slow, then there´s no safety problem. At least that´s how I see it

Vettel overtook the Marussia with almost 300 km/h under red flag. He should get a penalty.

It says in black and white you cannot overtake under red flags. A slow overtake is still an overtake... so I call that being inconsistent. JB was hardly speeding..

OPP?
or OPO?
Prime did look bulletproof. Rai's fastest lap on softs was set on 15th lap.

It's not black and white. Rosberg last year didn't get grid penalty not because he was driving slowly, but because the car he was overtaking was too slow and overtake was acceptable.
Article 40.8(h) of the Sporting Regulations states that 'a pass is allowed in what has to be considered an acceptable circumstance'

Niky Lauda said on RTL that the new Ferrari PU has added almost 15 BHP ...
And on another note Kay Ebel questioned Rosberg if Lewis has had something wrong with his car but Nico fended off saying he didn't notice ... yet ... :)

Hmm.... I predict Rosberg edging out Hamilton to pole. Hamilton, with the crash yesterday and the problematic P3 session... I dont think he is quite in his zone. Maybe i'll be wrong. At this rate with Vettel out in Q3, i wonder if we'll even see a Ferrari on the 2nd row...
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

44 career F1 polls for #44! Not bad Lewis, not bad at all. Nice to see the Lotuses up there as well.

Red bulls are 0.5s slower than last year, whereas merc has managed to gain a whole 0.5s. Good progress. Remember people talking about 2015 cars being 2-3s faster than 2014 lol.
