The FIA should be DSQ!
FOM and Bernie too for that matter...
I did read it. Ask them lol.iotar__ wrote:
So you tell me me: how did they determine that? Maybe I missed it, can you point out for me their official measurements?
or the FIA should measure consistentlyLionKing wrote:From now on, it is open season. Every team should just slightly cheat. "Cheat responsibly"
That's to do with the maximum temperature allowed from the tyre blankets (they're not allowed to overheat the tyres).LionKing wrote:The initial report says "the thread surface temperatures of the left hand side rear tires of the cars.... was within the specification of the tire supplier" So the temperatures were in normal range when they took the measurements for the pressure.

Delagate should take 5% of the air out for that.ChrisM40 wrote:Yes.gray41 wrote:Was Nico called for the 1.1 infringement?
Or the tyres just cooled.LionKing wrote:Delagate should take 5% of the air out for that.ChrisM40 wrote:Yes.gray41 wrote:Was Nico called for the 1.1 infringement?
1.1psi ~5% low, so roughly 5% low in absolute temperature, ~20 degrees down from 110'Cpob wrote:That's to do with the maximum temperature allowed from the tyre blankets (they're not allowed to overheat the tyres).LionKing wrote:The initial report says "the thread surface temperatures of the left hand side rear tires of the cars.... was within the specification of the tire supplier" So the temperatures were in normal range when they took the measurements for the pressure.
Can someone work out exactly how much Rosberg's tyres must have dropped in temperature before the pressure was measured please?
