Those are from F1today. I'am guessing they are measured at a specific place on track as opposed to absolute maximum speed.

Raikkonen on hards last stint though
I was getting the impression Ferrari is trying to hide their low fuel pace. Why would they use hard in the last stint?
Maybe they are wanting to save a set of mediums? Who knows. What is known is the time difference between the medium and hard compounds. Teams have been using those two for a while now...

The Manor in the hands of Wehrleim might just take the Haas cars the first few races.

Very good work!
I have a recommendation / request, would it be possible for you to group the data by tyre compound and then have each drivers fastest lap for each compound? This might paint a clearer picture of the testing sessions. If you could also add stint length it would be the ultimate bonus :D

Yes, not trying to correct your data, just add to it. Interesting to see the Renault near the top, I guess they have made a decent gain regardless of what RB has been saying.

Yeah, like in this sky article you also see Kimi's soft tyre lap vs nico's:

If Mclaren is only 10 kph slower than the top speed that would be a great improvement and a decent condition to start the season.

Expectations before first test:

Where can we expect Haas to fit in to the grid?
How about Manor - will they still be the bottom of the field?
How about Renault - can they have a decent 2016 or is it a truck?
Toro Rosso - how do they perform with Ferrari PU?
Now my gut feeling after 7 test days:
McHonda: Definately better off than 2015. Total humiliation avoided - for now...
Haas: Serious approach but still a lot to learn. No points 2016 and regular last place finishes.
Manor: Huge difference to get Merc PU. Will collect points on several occasions 2016. Will beat Haas.
Renault: Lacking power. Will fight Sauber, Manor and Haas for bottom positions. Only few points 2016
Toro Rosso: Quick. Podium contenders. Beating the mothership.
