It shouldn't make much difference in qualifying mode.GrayGreat wrote:What are the chances of new MGU-H for Hamilton being faster than the old one for Rosberg?
Looks like they are back to the good ol'days when they didn't understand their car.Silent Storm wrote:Kimi confirmed they changed setup after FP3. Source Autosport.
No he did not say that!Tauri_J wrote:Wait...did Fred really said that?
I dont think so. Something very wrong happened to Ferrari today. They were impressively fast all weekend.
Kimi said they changed the setup looking at tomorrow weather.henra wrote:Looks like they are back to the good ol'days when they didn't understand their car.Silent Storm wrote:Kimi confirmed they changed setup after FP3. Source Autosport.
Changing setup after FP3 you should be damn sure of what you're doing.
Marchionne induced Italian panic mode?
I think someone's having a bit of fun with them...Silent Storm wrote:Kimi said they changed the setup looking at tomorrow weather.
I wouldn't call it well done by Verstappen. On a different track 4 tenths mean 2-5 places difference.Jolle wrote:Very impressive by Verstappen! On a track where everybody ran their car for hundreds of laps, only a few tenths behind a very eager RIC, well done! As a Dutchman myself I've always been held back by being very enthusiastic about the 18 y/o because normally they fall short
HAM by the way also really looked like a man with a mission. Normally, because of ROS his methalogical approach, ROS is faster round this track (HAM is faster by "feel" while ROS tend to be faster by practice).
The start will be nerve wrecking:P

Still he was quite quick all weekend long until Qualifying. While all others gained speed, they both rather lost. I haven't seen his lap so I don't know where and how he lost the time on Kimi. if it was over the whole lap or due to a mistake.iotar__ wrote: "Vettel unsure of why Ferrari weren't quick" Excuse me, what "Ferrari"? You were behind your 37 year old barely breathing team-mate. Slow or not you should have been fourth at worst..
To me Verstappen does not have the same one lap raw pace as Sainz, or Ricciardo.rscsr wrote:I wouldn't call it well done by Verstappen. And that is pretty much how much faster Ricciardo was to Kvyat all the time.
And don't forget Vandoorne was as quick as Button in the one race he had.
