Yes but under the same conditions and fuel as other quail sims from others

Those time differences for the compounds seem to line up with what people have been floating around.
Just throwing some number together based on my memory.
Mercedes in front at around 16.4-5
Red Bull Around 16.7-8 (Assmuing the renault pu has maybe another 0.2-0.3 to race trim.)
Ferrari Around 16.9-17
Haas surprisingly just behind them along with mclaren and renault in the low 17s range.
