Vettel 28 seconds behind Hamilton! Jesus
Well he's nursing his tyres and isn't under pressure from behind.

Whats going on with RIC? Cooling problems?
Vettel is cruising since there's no threat from behind. Ricciardo is just keeping distance only to then set PB lap, and repeat.

Both, ferrari and red bull should have pitted vet and ric for hypers. They'd be like 5 seconds faster and be able to easily overtake.

Low fuel levels means engine power is closer amongst the cars. Bottas, Kimi, Ric all under dirty air and old tyres now (and temps). Vettel and Ham engines turned down.

Hamilton was cruising so gently his tyres were going cold. Somewhat annoying that we know the cars can do 1.36-37 and they driving around 6+ seconds slower than that...

Lewis lost 5 seconds in that mad traffic lap earlier and still finished 9 seconds clear of Max and 40 clear of Vettel.

IN SINGAPORE ! hats off to that team and driver.

That was a bulletproof performance by Mercedes at a track they weren't expected to do so well. I think it was Phil who said , when Merc was lagging behind, that Merc is the team that will pull themselves together and overcome challenges towards the end of the season when they face them and it seems true.

Blame it on the competition. No need to push unless you need to.

So what? That's not really that difficult if the everybody else didn't take it serious. Nobody of the front runners pushed at all at the end of the race.

So I guess from now on the WDC truly isn't in Vettel's hands anymore, he needs Hamilton to make mistakes. Kinda sad given how close it looked so far.

So what! Its a track that Merc have no chance at. A podium would have been a good result, let alone winning in that fashion!

Will this be the first race where we will not argue about "it was x driver's fault that y happened"? 😂

Superb performance from Lewis this weekend, again on another track he didn't look like winning going into the weekend.

Hamilton needs 5 seconds plus one win (or a podium finish ahead of Vettel) to take the title. Vettel needs a perfect run from here, or a DNF for Hamilton, to secure the title.
