See my post on the previous page (quoted below) - It was an evolution of the low-drag RW trialed earlier in the year at Baku. On the Monza version, there were two serrated components on the RW, as opposed to just one.

I can only see one prominent bulge in the engine cover, which was a noticeable feature on the new engine cover. Also, are we completely sure it's not the pre-Germany cooling package with the old engine cover?.... The flow correctors are also gone from the top of the halo, which are usually included with their high downforce package... Curious...

Well, since those unpainted carbon extensions on the German aero pack are also sticking out at different heights than before, I'd think the panels which they are part of are also sculpted slightly differently.... I think, there is nothing new for Merc here.
