AMuS had a new teaser picture of the C39. They say that they dont know wether its the actual livery or just a test spec paint job.

Alfa Romeo Racing has planned the official film day for Friday. The Italian racing stable will then drive its first 100 kilometers with the 2020 car, but that will not happen with the livery that we will see again during the Australian Grand Prix. A camouflage livery is coming.
