Oh, you are right about the wing, and it's even the W08 as was concluded in the W11 speculation thread (see the airbox gently sloping down from the start, instead of being straight and then more abrupt).

The whole wing is really big, wide and deep, and w/o the flicks of earlier years, it looks it too I suppose
why didn’t they just use the 2019 car? It would be much easier than attaching a halo to W08 and a wing from W10. Or there are some regulations about using last year cars?
I have no idea really, the non-regular test rules do demand a car at least two years old, so I suppose it could indeed have to do with that (or that therefore, no newer car is prepared for ready transport outside of HQ/storage?).
Oh, one bit about the livery: I do like the solid, vibrant turquoise mirrors, and the solid colour with a thick black outline is growing on me.
