They just need some one else to lead the team Binnoto needs to be 100% focused on the engine. Some one else must lead the overall operation but do not lose Binnoto.
Not sure about that. As I said above, he's culpable for the engine situation from last/this year, which let's be frank is a total disaster and lack of sound judgement. Not to mention he'd have signed off on the overall design concepts, both of which have been massively flawed.
You are right of course, but can you imagine anyone going to Ferrari heads and saying- erm, look, I don't like this 'stretching the rules' stuff, I think we should stop doing it.

(thinks, > did not let the door hit me on the way out< now off to look on linkedin.)
This is true, of course and you are correct, but I’m not sure they did this in the smartest way. At least hide it the best you can. And if your whole design philosophy is based on a questionable engine, then that’s really asking for it to blow up in your face spectacularly. I think they need a proper leader with streetwise smarts. Brawn and Todt both had that in abundance. Ron Dennis and Frank Williams did. Horner does. The Merc leadership team does.

Think they are missing Smedley? I know he was not 'management' but he seemed an organiser

When arguing with a fool, be sure the other person is not doing the same thing.

Ferraris look like "McLaren-Honda" from few years back, no matter what they do with the chassis just can't get them anywhere because of the lack of power...

So now we have 100% clarification Ferrari were cheating. Sector 2 is the same as last year but sectors 1 and 2 they are miles behind themselves. The engine has lost all its power from the regulation change in fuel monitoring.

Are Mercedes again using strat 3 in Q3? Lewis' top speed in 1st Q3 lap before Blachimont was quite low, somewhere around 318 i think. They might have used a more draggy setup, but with the much more power engine this year, that's still a low top speed.

------Edited-------

Lewis Q3 2nd lap, kemmel straight top speed 327km/h. No way they're using strat 2.

Force India didn't go out a second time in Q3.... Just what are they up to? They didn't even try to do a good job.

Yep it’s a shock........He’s half a second behind and sneaks ahead of Verstappen.

Bottas 8.0 rules obviously.

Lol, if anyone believed Hamilton or Toto bigging up the competition before this Q I've got some Wakandan real estate to sell them.
