We will see, if he can grab pole it will be a massive body blow to Hamilton.

I expected Lewis to be the one lighting the time sheets up this weekend.

So far it seems there's very little difference between the hard and medium tires in terms of performance both in short and long runs. Definitely looking like a two stop race.

Merc/RB will qualify on mediums and run a 1-stop (M / H). Given track position is king, I doubt we'll see two stops.

layout is usually where Bottas has the best chance to win if he starts lap 2 in front of Lewis. The big fly in his ointment however is the fact that this track is very hard on tyres. Bottas hasn't done well this year at the tyre managment so he will really impress me if he can keep a chasing Lewis behind.

He held Hamilton off at Silverstone and had him easily covered until he was put on a poor strategy, Silverstone is much easier to follow and pass than Mugello I should imagine.
