What sort of car do u guys think the track will suit more?
I find the track diffcult on the game Assetto corsa because the turns are blind, well, I mean the track is very flat and the car is low I can't see the apexes around those right angle turns very well.
I dont play conpetitively i only use it to drive the tracks before the races. Dont ha w the time to play racing games to any high level anymore.
McLaren should be fast on most of the corners, it's very good under braking, and attacking the kerbs. The track encourages you to attack the corners with utmost savagery, but if you overstep you pay for it. The track feels amazing in the new style cars, you can carry so much speed into the corners in sector 1. Wing levels should be similar to last round, despite the very long straight. McLaren will struggle in Tosca Piratella and Rivazza, corners that require good mid corner grip. Of course Mercedes will be fast, but I have a feeling McLaren will gel well with this track. Entry oversteer doesn't hurt you too much, if you have the grip on exit it actually helps.
The current version doesn't have the chicane the cars had to go through in 2006, still it's kind of impressive that the cars will be putting in pole times to start the race with full fuel. Lap times are a few tenths slower than Portimao.
