Mercedes need to respond now. Give him a chance to do it on track. if they let it run then it turns out they fall off the cliff then it will be bad news.

Mercedes is looking like '09-'13 McLaren. Too many cooks

They have seriously misjudged the pit stops in at least three races this season so far.

Red Bull better hope there isn't a SC, that's always the risk with this strategy but other than that they've outsmarted Mercedes

Can you imagine the forum members here if Mercedes had a tire blowout trying to run them to the end?

I'm not sure if there is a small enough dime in the world to turn upon!

Max is going to win this from here. Red Bull are going to do a Mercedes on Mercedes. (Hungary / Barcelona)

I'm not sure, it's a long medium stint.

So it's pretty clear now, mercedes going to the end with bottas acting as road block for as long as possible.

Max is 2 seconds a lap faster. Half a dozen laps will see him in the lead and then he just has to manage the tyres. The hards on the Mercs won't be in good condition either.

Easy win for Max.

Maybe I was wrong, Ferrari’s race pace really has been bad today. They unloaded too much for qualifying.

How so? It will have been their own fault.

Perhaps he means the Red Bull fans will cheer themselves to sleep.

Easy overtake for Max at the end, Mercedes have no tyres left.
