Just look at it carefully. Even the nose is not the same like the one from the twitter feed.

Looks like an R27 monocoque with a 2014 stlye nose. 'V' keel font suspensions. Beam wing, R27/R28 air box etc

Definitely just a car for showing. The front wing has to be from 2009 or 2010.

They just scrapped some parts together.

as far as I am aware, there is NO kers button on any car this year, as energy boost is now an integrated system.

Yes. That's what I wanted to say; this steering wheel lost last year's Kers switch/button, so it msut be the 2014 steering wheel.

I'd need a different picture to be sure, but I believe the 2 tusks are equally long, which means they used a vanity panel to cover up the shorter one.

Again, That's an R27 monocoque with a 2014 stlye nose. Has a R27/R28/R29 style air box but a 'V' keel font suspension and a hrorizontal coque so it must be a 27.and it has a beam wing, a 2009 FW... just a typical show car made in Enstone and that ressembles the new car.
That's the CFD center of Enstone BTW, not Jerez. So yes 2 different cas in 2 different locations.
