I just watched the end of FP2 again and Ted was speaking to Crofty re the rumour of the Ferrari second sensor. Crofty said that Charlie Whiting had confirmed that there is no second sensor.

There's a very strong head wind heading into T1, which means it's a tail wind all throughout the esses. Could be tricky.

And some rain drops.

Tail wind through the esses means reduced downforce, so it might be an especially difficult session for teams with the lowest downforce set ups, e.g. Red Bull and their thin rear wing philosophy for 2018.

So what does that say about Whiting. That he plays his role well, but what he says is not always the truth.
