Can't wait to see what happened with Russell and Hamilton, Russell was awful the entire qualy.
Yeah, Russell seemed to bunch everyone up, then locked up at T1 and Ham was directly behind. Russell’s been a hinderance this weekend

Russell nowhere in term of pace, but he's impeding Lewis, a pole was on card. Terrible job

It was a second. Hed be in the mix with a clear run, well see about penalties.
He had what, 1.7 second advantage coming out of S2? Very unfortunate.

Good job by Piastri. Leclerc might've been closer if not for that moment. Perez could've been up there too i reckon.
Without that moment it would have been pole.

Just saw the onboard.
Russell locked up in T1, but kept Hamilton behind him through the Eau Rouge. When Hamilton wanted to overtake him into Kemmel straight Russell blocked him...

Perez got really hampered at the final chicane.

Russel locked up and screwed up both merc laps - didn’t they do similar in Barcelona?

Max taking it easy as still slippery.

Hopefully piastri gets his first podium. Might pay off if it rains later on for the race

Russell's sprint quali recap: lucky P15 in SQ1, lucky p10 in SQ2, impede teammate in SQ3.

He missed his first attempt through an horrendous S1 (+4sec in the S2)

EDIT :
This isn't impeding though. Russell is still on a lap despite his T1 mistake. Hamilton can overtake but Russell has no obligation to move out of the way. Impeding is when someone who is not on a fast lap gets in the way of someone who is on a fast lap. This is just poor spacing and a T1 mistake.

So, nobody off in T9, Charles almost. But a lot of drama. Merc interteam chapter 6, busstop que. Piastri almost doing it, great showing again, Max somehow pulling it out again.

And then a wet sprint it seems.

EDIT :
Always amazes me HAMs demeanour. I swear I’d be screaming over the radio, instead HAM is quite calm & measured.

Russell slowed Lewis done all the way to Eau Rouge, and lost even more time by trying to block him into Kemmel straight.
He had no pace today, shouldn't block his teamate who could put the car on pole today.

EDIT :
Apparently he overtook Lewis on the final corner to start the lap, what are the engineers doing and how did they even allow it to happen in the first place?
