Mercedes suffered a massively disappointing Sunday at Spielberg, Austria after practice and qualifying had been so promising for the Mercedes AMG F1 team. But two car failures along with a big strategical error made it a day to forget for the world champions.
Hamilton too. To pretty much ace it after being under pressure. Bottas needed that lap though to get pole and he delivered. Nice. Vettel did well too considering the pressure.
I really want to see Ham vs Bottas in the race tomorrow.
3 tenths to Ferrari on such a short track. Where are the tire arguments now?

Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II #Team44 supporter
Party is over this year. 3 tenths on this kind of track, with massive advantage on the high speed corners. I don't see ferrari challenging mercedes in many tracks ahead.
