When this creepy, ill-advised decision falls out fashion, I present the logical next-steps of the devolution:
-Grid Cats (this one proves frustrating because the cats can never be bothered to remain next to their poles; instead wandering aimlessly about the pit lane)
Dunno about that roon, cats will learn pole stuff - if they get a tasty reward.

Yeh, those poor girls are obviously having a torrid time and are ashamed of being exploited. I bet they will remember that day for the rest of their lives and never mention it to a soul to cover their shame.
