I think Vettel is mentally beaten. I expect Hamilton to make a good start, Verstappen to be reasonable and slot in behind, and Vettel to break his front wing running into him. We'll see soon.

Mercedes were 4.1 seconds faster than they were last year.

Ferrari improved 2.8.

Also noticed the gap between ham and bot last year was 0.684. This year it was 0.687
yes indeed the Merc has found something on the street circuit, which they never did in previous years
Maybe they've found a legal version of their FRIC suspension. Their traction at Monza was telling too.
Possible. Martin Brundle of sky f1 remaked how stiff and low the car was... To me it also seemed very low to the ground. It's like mercedes regained their confidence in the low ride height philosophy.

Last year was Spectacular,

But last year was wet.

I'm expecting a standard start maybe a little contact mid pack

hehehe vettel has now his own wingman, named verstappen.
i think hamilton is scared 25points to lose if he crasches with with verstappen

hami has big lead but one corner good be the end of that, this gonna be epic
max with no rules full frontal attack
attackmode on until the renault PU will explode

i would love to hear what arrivabene and wolf did say to vettel and hami about max.
they all know he will not go for second place and has nothing to loose and does not give anything about
a bad result. oh my god can't wait to see what is gonna happen.

i expect alot of stuff happening max overtake lewis ....lewis gets a brainfart and both will end back of the pack

i think mercedes is genuinely scared of max, this fight can bring there big lead to a very small one

Speculation: Hamilton staying on the outside, Max inside going deep and coming in hot? Maybe?
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

And a 'late' SC call again just as Vettel gets past someone with his magic first lap boost

Stewards have done it again. Why wait?
It’s obvious it’s a safety car. But they cannot stop Vettel overtaking can they.

Again with the over-analysis
Yeah, terrible that people on a technical forum should want to analyse something.

OK Spa I can understand, but Singapore? No service roads, no nothing. SC button should've been pre-emptively smashed.
