Well Alonso early last year won a race in which he had a Horible car in the rain.
This year he has a great car. So I would say Alonso ,but hesitantly I think all are somewhat close in skill in the rain there's no real rain master except for how well Alonso did last year in rain'.
But if yore gona go and make a LIST based on podium results:
Alonso
Button
Perez
Vettel
Hamilton
Raikonen
Also looking back at last years Malysia GP
As the race continued and the rain got stronger Perez got consistently quicker while others were slower his instinct in rain is to be noted and he kept on setting the fastest Lap in the rain each time beating his own previous times as the race contined.. But I would still point out how good Alonso did to keep everyone behind him and kept maybe not as fast a lap time but more consistent and thus just enough to keep everyone even the speedy Perez at bay-!!
Looking back at last years podiums..
