F1 has turned into the safety car lottery. I’ve bought tickets to the last 4 draws, but... can’t get “the show” out of my head. Parts of this season have just been... uncanny valley.

Raikkonen and Perez are under investigation, Raikkonen for 1st lap crash and Perez for using DRS in places where it wasn't allowed
Source?
Italian SKY told it. Raikkonen was known because the race direction also wrote it during race, so I was sure about it. I didn't know about Perez.

Deal. Hamilton was lucky today.
But Vettel allowed this win. He is not the same Vettel when under pressure, I think this is clear now.

Vettel like an older version of Verstappen. He will go for it

Always find the gap then use it.

I think vettel's move was a very calculated risk. He was simply betting that his tires were warm enough to not lock up when Bottas was driving gingerly.

I believe they're allowed to change directions as much as they want before the breaking Zone to break the tow.
1 change of direction to defend - how much one can argue breaking a tow is/isn't defending...

We've seen people weave enormous amounts to break the tow. I don't believe I've ever seen the one move rule enforced outside of a breaking Zone.

I agree - didn’t need the full SC; I get the feeling race direction like to jump on whatever will help ‘the show’
Gro's wreck should have had a red flag.

The whole pit straight would have been swept by the teams and cleaned up and the Bottas incident would never have happened.
Nope, if it had been red-flagged it would have been declared as result.

You can say a lot about it, but I do like the all or nothing approach from Vettel.. it is still early on in the season, so you can take some risk.

Verstappen did not move multiple times in the braking zone, he was already defending the inside line to the corner.. Ricciardo just tried to muscle himself trough.

Sure, I'm not implying it was an illogical move.
But what matters in the end is the outcome. And the outcome says that Vettel made a mistake.

- Wonderful Vettel meltdown. He is simply not that good.

- Race ban for Verstappen - that was a criminal move, +2 changes of direction, and braking with a car mm behind. Red Bull deserved it.

- Grosjean - WTF?! Until this point driver of the race. Let's wait. If it's his fault at least Vettel and RB messed up even more :D .
Enjoy the shallow victory only way Hamilton can win.
Ah... Bu** hurt? Luck has a strange way of going around.
lol no bu*hurt here, the only that does is you, that's why you have been quiet until now.

Just to mention, Verstappen cut T15 to get away from Sainz. No investigation?
