I am not sure what you mean "this process is made"
I am guessing you're asking what's going on.
The person in the picture is using a UV flash light also colloquially referred to as a blacklight to cause the viz-flo to glow florescent and taking a picture of the patterns. Merc is using a UV reacting viz-flo paint - makes it harder to just take a regular pic with regular light and see the flow patterns so no competitors can see it either.
Like what I've posted above, in this video https://vimeo.com/165344465 at 17:00 in, notice that when Hamilton goes over the 'bumpy chicane', only his outside front suspension bounces instead of the inside one.honda_fun wrote:https://youtu.be/hZjJsArhFYo?t=69

When comparing Rosberg and Verstappen in sector3 in RUSSIAN GP circuit,
The front suspention of W07 was well stroke and rosberg steering smooth.
But which of Toro Rrosso ST11 was seen so stiff for me and was very few suspension stroke,
so that in sector3 of the circuit, Verstappen had handle more his stearing.
I think the suspention of Mercedes W07 was innovative.
A tire grips it well on any road surface, and height of car is kept, too.
When possible somebody teach me, the mechanism of front suspension of Mercedes W07.
