Look at Toyota's rear wheels

Are they now the third team to use these longer wheel lips?

I don't think u can notice a longer wheel base by just looking at the car.
We are talking about 5-15 cm difference only

Toyota was using those things in 2006 too, remember Canadian GP when one of those fell off? STR also used it in 2006.
